A funeral without flowers
I went to a funeral today. Other than the flowers from the family, only one friend sent flowers.
Have you ever been to a funeral without flowers? how depressing.
The obit listed places to send Memorial contributions but I’m sure that they thought someone would send flowers!

New Delivery Vehicle
The folks at Ford Motor Company invited Conklyn’s Florist to participate in a test program for their new Transit Connect Commercial Vehicle last week.

Cost of money
I just read that it costs 1.67 cents to make a penny. It costs almost 10 cents to make a nickel!
Think how much money (our money) the government could save if we all emptied our piggy banks once a year.
And, all of that coin could be put into interest baring accounts or donated to charity.
